One Love, One Pulse: A Music Fundraiser in the Archive

An invitation to come together

A June 2016 post in The Barn’s Facebook archive announced a One Love One Pulse fundraiser and named Megan Katarina and Dakota Hurley as performers. Its brief invitation paired a community cause with an afternoon of music.

Keeping the record accurate

The post and its photographs preserve the announcement and the people named in it. They do not establish an amount raised, a final beneficiary breakdown or the number of people who attended. Remembering the gathering does not require inventing those results.

A place in the venue’s story

This is a historical feature about that specific 2016 fundraiser. Alongside concert and dance-night memories, it records how The Barn’s public invitations have included occasions for community support. The original promotion is shown as archive material, not a current appeal.
